The Bresser Taurus 90/900 NG is achromatic refractor (lens telescope) for the beginning astronomer an ideal instrument. It is light in weight and therefore easy to carry around. An ideal instrument for viewing the moon and plants. Delivery includes a high quality objective solar filter for safe observation of sunspots, eclipses and planetary transits. The MPG mount is stable and easy to operate and transport. The mount is azimuthally and equatorially adjustable. With a lens aperture of 9 cm and a focal length of 90 cm, this viewer gives a focal ratio f/10. Because of the beautiful carbon look of the OTA (Optical Tube Assembly) the viewer also looks very professional. With the included smartphone camera adapter one can easily take a picture of bright objects like the sun and moon.
